  • “FIND“ function for quick search of Names saved in the Archives.
  • Possibility of programming the “Dry Matter“ percentage for each Ingredient (to programme Recipes for Animals by setting the weight of only the dry part in the Ingredients (Dry Weight)).
  • Possibility of managing Ingredients such as “Manual Adding“ (to also trace Ingredients that are not weighed with the mixing wagon but weighed separately before being poured into the skip of the mixing wagon).
  • The “Clean-Ups Management“ function (to weigh and track the food left-over in the stall and obtain the real amount consumed by the Group of animals. Also to obtain a Report with very precise data).
  • The “Jump“ function is settable for each element (to set which Recipes Execution mode to use to jump to the next element).
  • Possibility of programming the “Tolerance“ percentage for each Ingredient/Group (to ensure that the Feedings are carried out observing the required limits).
  • Possibility of programming the Recipe for Animals or Recipe for Totals.
  • Possibility of placing the Recipe Names stored in the Archives in alphabetical order or manual mode.
  • Possibility of programming the weights to be loaded and those to be unloaded in the same Recipe.
  • “Multiple Recipe“ function (to programme other Ingredients in the Recipe after having programmed the unloads).
  • The “Feeding Factor“ function (to lower or increase the weights of the Ingredients/Groups to load/unload, without having to change the programmed Recipe).
  • The “Unloads Adjustment“ function (to automatically correct the weights to be unloaded based on the real weights that are loaded, to avoid any material left over in the mixing wagon at the end of Feeding).
  • The “Feeding Balancing“ function (to automatically correct the weight of the Ingredients to be loaded based on the weight loaded for the first Ingredient, to obtain a balanced Feeding).
  • The “Balancing by Clean-Up“ function (to automatically correct the weight of the Ingredients to be loaded based on the weight loaded for the first Clean-Up, to obtain a balanced Feeding).
  • The “Reload“ function (at the end of loads for Recipes Execution, this is used to weigh the Ingredients that have not been loaded or that have been partially loaded, proposing the remaining amounts to be weighed).
  • The “Daily“ function (to programme the meals for the entire day in a single Recipe).
  • Possibility of programming the “Appetite“ Percentage of each Group of animals stored in the Recipe (to lower or increase the amount to be distributed to the single Group, without having to change the programmed Recipe).
  • Possibility of programming in the Recipe more “Timer“ of the mixing.
  • Possibility of associating the Recipe to an Operator code.
  • Possibility of associating the Recipe to a Customer code.
  • Possibility of changing the position of an element inside the Recipe quickly.
  • The “Duplicate Recipe“ function (to make it easier to programme similar Recipes).
  • Possibility of changing the Total weights of the Recipe quickly (to lower or increase the amount to be loaded/unloaded, based on the set value, without having to change the programmed Recipe).
  • Possibility of executing a Recipe without following the order that the Ingredients and Groups are stored in.
  • The “Replace Element“ function (during Recipe Execution, this is used to replace the Ingredient that is being loaded, because it is finished for example, with another Ingredient, maintaining full traceability of the composition of the Feeding and the consumed amount of Ingredients).
  • The “Power-Fail“ function (after a power outage, to start Recipe execution from where it left off).
  • Possibility of printing 9 different Reports (to monitor the smooth running of the farm).
  • “Usage Files“ management (to control the amount of material loaded, unloaded or recovered and to check the time spent by Operators to execute the weighing operations).
  • Set-up to exchange data with a Personal Computer through the T-DATA Giga device or in wireless mode with Wi-Fi, cellular or RF modem.
  • Possibility of exporting, through a common CSV file, the Feedings data, to consult it using a commercial software such as Microsoft® Excel (with T-DATA Giga).
  • Possibility of protecting data programming with various levels of protection.
  • Statistical Data storage (to control the real use of the weighing system and the mixing wagon).
  • Possibility of copying the stored data in another weighing scale (with T-DATA Giga).
  • Possibility of assigning an ID code to the weighing scale (to obtain traceability of the mixing wagon).
  • The “Automatic Tracking“ and “Weight Recovery“ functions (for greater precision during the weighing phases).
  • “HDW Filter“ (a sophisticated algorithm to achieve greater precision during the weighing phases).
