Industrialization
We can even provide the industrialization service to Customers that keep designing and technological know-how within its establishment for strategic reasons, focusing on research and development and outsourcing production.
Our R&D department together with the Customer's R&D department, analyses the prepared technical documentation (electrical diagrams, list of materials, mechanical drawings, Gerber files, assembly notes, testing procedures, etc.) and provides feedback on manufacturability and testability, recommending any actions for improvement.
The activities can be limited to production and testing or they can regard amendments to the electrical diagrams, re-preparing the printed circuit board layout, designing and manufacturing the mechanical parts of the containers or entire equipment.
Following the industrialization analysis, we prepare the prototypes, which allow the project to be reviewed, functional testing and laboratory tests to be conducted to obtain approvals and certifications.
